No, unfortunately deadlines can not be guaranteed.
The queue for creation of fursuits are structured according to my personal process, so only a general time frame of completion can be given.

Yes, please contact me if your fursuit needs repairs.
As it is a handmade product, there may be flaws in the end product that can only be noticed once it is worn by the client.
Upon arrival, the client must try on the fursuit within 2 weeks to discern any maker flaws that need to be addressed. In this case, the alternations is free. The client must pay for shipping back, and Remimakes will pay for shipping back to the client when alterations are complete.
Repairs attributed to wear & tear or mishandling on the client's part will be charged accordingly. The client usually must pay shipping costs for those instances.
If I am unavailable to make changes personally, I would be happy to redirect clients to potential other options.

Yes, for added ventilation eyes are made out of a mesh material and usually vents on the sides of the head. If otherwise stated the head will come with a complimentary fan.
Having a design with an open mouth is optimal for ventilation!
If the mouth is closed there are vnly ents on the sides of the head. But please note, closed mouths designs will always have less ventilation than traditional fursuit heads. This type of design is not for everyone. If this is the look you would like for your commission, it is unavoidable. Commission with this in mind and take care while fursuiting.
